The Birth Prep Experience is a 60-minute, guided prenatal yoga class designed to help you feel calm, confident, and prepared for birth. This session blends intentional breathwork, supportive movement, and nervous system regulation to help you manage discomfort, build strength, and connect deeply with your body and baby.
This is more than a yoga class. This is a space to slow down, tune in, and prepare mentally, physically, and emotionally for one of the most important moments of your life.
Open to expecting mothers at all stages of pregnancy, this experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are — with expert guidance, intentional care, and a supportive, loving environment.
