About Me
Movement that meets you where you are and supports where you're going.
If your body feels stiff, guarded, unpredictable, or disconnected, you're not alone and you're not broken. Many of the people I work with have tried pushing harder, ignoring pain, or following programs that weren't built for their real lives or changing bodies. What they're often looking for isn't more discipline — it's safety, clarity, and a way back to trusting their body again.
That's where I come in.
My Approach
I believe movement should feel supportive, not punishing.
It should build confidence, not fear. And it should honor the full story your body has lived.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed, body-positive, pelvic-health aware movement that supports people across real life stages, including prenatal, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, and chronic pain. I don't believe in forcing range of motion, chasing aesthetics, or “fixing” bodies. Instead, I guide people through structured, gentle practices that help movement feel safer, steadier, and more accessible over time.
This isn't about doing more.
It's about doing what actually supports you.
As a former member of the Yoga & Body Image Coalition, I am deeply committed to dismantling weight stigma, honoring body diversity, and creating spaces where students feel safe, seen, and empowered. My approach is rooted in a love-first philosophy, guiding each student back to trust, connection, and lasting well-being in body, mind, and spirit.

My Training
My work is grounded in evidence, education, and embodied practice.
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT), with advanced training in Yoga for Pelvic Health, Pregnant and Powerful, and as a YOGABODY Certified Stretch Coach. This foundation allows me to support the body through every stage of life with intention, safety, and depth.
With additional doula training and experience in trauma-informed, inclusive instruction, my teaching centers on accessibility and real-life application, particularly across female life stages, from adolescence to pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond into menopause.
